Translations:

We will translate all your documents into any languages you need. We will provide you an estimate according to the size and the nature of the text.

Interpreting:

Our network of translators provide simultaneous, consecutive and liaison interpreting as well as simultaneous and whispered translation in over 20 languages. Confidentiality is ensured in all cases. Estimates are provided on request.

Videoconferencing:

Our videoconferencing service is at your disposal for you to avoid long and expensive travelling. We have chosen the “SONY” equipment because it's easy to use and functions on ISDN lines or over the Internet Protocol.

Internet, E-mail & Telefax:

You can send and receive E-mails and faxes through us at any time of the day and pick them up whenever it fits into your program, as long as it is within openings hours. Thanks to the installation of ADSL in the Monaco Business Center's offices and meeting rooms, our customers have permanent access to broadband Internet. Photocopies:

We are always ready to help you print and make copies in black and white and colour of your documents in A3 and A4 formats. We can also bind your reports for you. Just ask at the desk and we will make sure your copies are made as fast as possible.

Mailing:

Our file of Monegasque businesses (1.300 companies) is at your disposal for direct marketing. We provide estimates on request for any mailing operations you would like to entrust to us.

Start-up:

The shared office rental with domiciliation makes it possible to start-up a business in the Principality of Monaco at a lower cost. For a 6 month period, your can be registered as a sole trader in our premises without having a permanent office.

Domiciliation of non-commercial companies:

We offer to domicile your SCIP. If you wish, we can forward mail to the address you provide us (at postal rates).

Telephone answering service:

If you don't want to hire a secretary, you can benefit from our telephone answering service. As for our private individual offices, we offer you an E-mail address, a telephone and a fax number. We're putting forward your identity or that of your company: we answer your calls in your name according to your instructions, manage your appointments and handle the follow-up when you're not available. We can also screen the incoming calls and transfer the important calls to your cell phone, home or office abroad. If you wish, we can forward the messages to you by E-mail or fax.
